We are in the business of building awareness, providing education, and supporting healing. We don’t want to just uncover the root of your pain, our interests lie deeper. Helping you to see the path of compensation your body has taken is important, so you will be empowered to shift your environment or support your structure along your journey forward. We create a pattern of release in the tissues to reboot the negative feedback loop of pain. Structural Integration, Neurovascular Release, Cranial Sacral, and Myofascial Release techniques are the pillars of our hands-on work. Somatic movement, yoga asanas, Feldenkrais, and DNS are just a few techniques used to re-educate you at the beginning , middle and end of sessions. We see this work as a body science to help you come into harmony and find a deeper knowledge of the vessle you walk around in every day. We are excited to be on your healing team.
